Inspired by the recent work of Guo and Zudilin, we establish several results on q-supercongruences by using a q-analogue of Watson's F-3(2) summation formula. In particular, we give a q-analogue of the (A.2) supercongruence of Van Hamme for any prime p 3 (mod 4).
