We propose an operation capture system for endoscope operation improvement, which can detect the characteristic operation and the part that needs skilled operation by visualizing the four channels of up-and-down, left-and-right angle operation, pushing and pulling, and left-and-right twisting for recording the endoscope operation technique. Some experiments show that the proposed system presents the difficulty in inserting the colonoscopy at the transition between the sigmoid colon and the descending colon.
