反思性教学是指通过提出以下问题来质疑自我，从而达到完善的目的：教师教育者应将这一理论应用于课堂实践，对结果进行观察和反思，使课堂成为教师将教学理论与教学实践联系起来的实验室。教师教育者通过反思性教学法，对教师实习生进行启发，使他们在教学实践中实践反思性教学法。反思性教学是远程开放教育中教师培养的一种创新性教学方法，它能使通过远程开放教育获得师范学位的教师保持学习兴趣。本文论述了反思性教学的定义、反思性教学的理论以及反思性教学的七个特征。最后，本文的结论部分对研究结果进行了总结.
Reflective teaching involves questioning one own self to bring perfection by asking the following questions : Teacher educator should apply this theory in classroom practice, in order observe and reflect on the result so that the classroom becomes a kind of laboratory where the teacher can relate teaching theory to teaching practice . By adopting reflective teaching pedagogy teacher educator imparts inspiration among teacher trainees , so as to enable them to practice the same in their teaching practice sessions . Reflective teaching is innovative approach that should be practiced in open and distance education to sustain interest among teachers trainees who obtain the teacher training degree through open and distance education. This paper deals with definitions of reflective teaching , theories of reflective teaching and the seven characteristics of reflecting teaching. Finally , There is a conclusion which sums up the findings of the study.
