We introduce a new normality in a finite group calledc#-normality. We investigate the influence ofc#-normal subgroups on the structure of finite groups. In this paper, we present some necessary and sufficient conditions for a group to bep-nilpotent,p-supersolvable and supersolvable. Our results unify and generalize some related ones.
