目的研究氟康唑在维吾尔族和汉族健康志愿者体内的药动学特征，并进行比较。方法10名维吾尔族和汉族健康志愿者分别口服氟康唑片200 mg，用HPLC法测定血浆中氟康唑浓度，用DAS 2.0软件计算药动学参数。结果维吾尔族和汉族健康志愿者口服氟康唑片200 mg后，血浆中氟康唑浓度分别为100 mg和100 mg，药动学参数分别为100 mg和100 mg维吾尔族和汉族如下：Cmax分别为（4.99 ± 1.05），（4.91±0.67）mg·L-1，tmax为（2.30 ± 0.95）和（1.90 ± 0.91）h，t1/2（30.47 ± 6.27），（31.41 ± 2.90）h，AUC 0 -96为（176.26±22.08），（190.08 ± 33.17）mg·h·L-1，AUC 0-∞为（199.93 ± 30.18），（218.18 ± 40.43）mg·h·L-1.结论维、汉族健康志愿者单剂量口服200 mg盐酸曲马多后的药动学参数无显著性差异。口服氟康唑片。
Objective To investigate and compare the pharmacokinetics of fluconazole in Chinese Uigur and Han healthy volunteers after oral administration.Methods Ten healthy Chinese Uigur volunteers and ten healthy Han volunteers were given 200 mg fluconazole tablets.The concentration of fluconazole in plasma was determined by HPLC method and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 2.0 software.Results The pharmacokinetic parameters of fluconazole in Chinese Uigur and Han were as follow: Cmax were(4.99 ± 1.05) and(4.91±0.67) mg·L-1,tmax were(2.30 ± 0.95) and(1.90 ± 0.91) h,t1/2 were(30.47 ± 6.27) and(31.41 ± 2.90) h,AUC0-96 were(176.26±22.08) and(190.08 ± 33.17) mg·h·L-1,AUC0-∞ were(199.93 ± 30.18) and(218.18 ± 40.43) mg·h·L-1.Conclusion There is no significant difference in the pharmacokinetic parameters between Chinese Uigur and Han healthy volunteers after a single dose of 200 mg fluconazole tablets oral administration.
