技术VPN（虚拟专用网络）允许每个人都能够通过使用互联网从外部访问本地网络。通过VPN，用户可以访问本地网络内的资源，获得权限和设置与物理上位于本地网络所在的地方相同。数据传输的安全性和保密性使数据在互联网上传输时不受未经授权的访问成为VPN的主要标准，因此VPN中始终包含的将是加密和隧道的主要特征。
Technology VPN (Virtual Private Network) allows everyone to be able to access the local network from outside by using the internet. Through the VPN, the user can access the resources within the local network, gain rights and settings are the same as physically being in a place where the local network is located.
