冬小麦(Triticum aestivumL.)以耐涝品种扬麦9号和耐涝品种豫麦34为材料,在花后7 d开始进行淹水胁迫,研究了不同淹水处理对小麦旗叶光合作用和抗氧化酶活性的影响。处理后15 d(DAT),WL处理下豫麦34和扬麦9号的净光合速率分别为3.7和8.9 μmol(CO2)m−2s− 1,远低于对照。变量与最大值的比率、变量与初始荧光的比率、实际光合效率和光化学猝灭均远低于对照,而WL下的初始荧光和非光化学猝灭均远高于对照,表明光系统2受到损害。WL处理降低了两个品种的超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性,降低了豫麦34的过氧化物酶活性,而扬麦9号的过氧化物酶活性主要是升高的。花后积累的干物质再分配到籽粒中的数量明显减少,也是造成小麦产量损失的原因之一。
Winter wheat (Triticum aestivumL.) cultivars Yangmai 9 (water-logging tolerant) and Yumai 34 (water-logging sensitive) were subjected to water-logging (WL) from 7 d after anthesis to determine the responses of photosynthesis and anti-oxidative enzyme activities in flag leaf. At 15 d after treatment (DAT), net photosynthetic rate under WL was only 3.7 and 8.9 µmol(CO2) m−2s−1in Yumai 34 and Yangmai 9, respectively, which was much lower than in the control. Ratios of variable to maximum and variable to initial fluorescence, actual photosynthetic efficiency, and photochemical quenching were much lower, while initial fluorescence and non-photochemical quenching were much higher under WL than in control, indicating damage to photosystem 2. WL decreased activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase in both cultivars, and activity of peroxidase (POD) in Yumai 34, while POD activity in Yangmai 9 was mostly increased. The obvious decrease in the amount of post-anthesis accumulated dry matter, which was redistributed to grains, also contributed to the grain yield loss under WL.
