能源审计是建筑节能的重要依据，在高校校园内率先开展建筑节能工作具有重要意义，通过现场调查、测试、统计能源费用账单等手段，对暨南大学进行了建筑能源审计，通过对广州地区高校建筑能耗特点和系统能耗的研究，获得了高校建筑能耗的基础数据通过对广州市某高校典型建筑的照明、电梯、空调等设备的节能审计，计算出该高校的能源利用效率，并与广州市其他7所高校的能源利用效率进行对比，分析了该高校典型建筑的节能潜力，根据审计结果提出了有效的节能措施。
Energy audit is an important basis of building energy efficiency and it is of great importance to take the lead in building energy saving in the university campus.Through site investigation,testing,statistics of energy cost bills and other means,a building energy audit is carried out in Jinan University,Guangzhou.The basic research data are obtained on the energy consumption characteristics of the university buildings and the energy consumption of systematic equipment like lighting,elevators,air conditioning in the typical buildings.The energy efficiency of the university is worked out and the energy-saving potential for the typical buildings is analyzed by comparing the energy efficiency with that of other 7 universities in Guangzhou.According to the audit results,the effective energy saving measures are put forward.
