DiscussionWe report the efficacy of local treatment with HAI in a patient with liver oligoprogressive disease after 9 months of fourth-line nivolumab in a patient with a stage IV NSCLC. Atypical radiological responses, particularly dissociated responses, occur in 8% of NSCLC patients receiving immunotherapy. 4 Local treatments in combination with immunotherapy are a novel strategic approach for selected patients.
