The authors analyze three different testing methods on the permeability of concrete,including water permeability test,gas permeability test and chloride permeability test.Each testing method has merits of its own,but each has its demerits.The authors discuss the influence factors of permeability of concrete,aggregate,w/c,additive materials,air entraining agent,curing condition and circumstances as well as pore structure.In addition,the author points out some problems that need further research in this area.
