本文提出了分析振动水压力作用下砂层中孔压的理论方法。在前人的研究中，验证了一维问题理论处理的有效性。然而，一维处理并不足以获得关于许多实际问题的准确信息。从这个角度出发，本文推导了一般三维砂层在脉动水压力作用下的基本方程。通过对二维问题的实验验证了该理论方法的有效性。
SYNOPSIS In this paper the theoretical method to analyse the pore water pressures in the sand bed under the oscillating water pressure is developed. In the former researchs the validity of the theoretical treatment for the one-dimensional problem has been verified. However, theone-dimensional treatment is not sufficient to obtain the precise informations concerning the many practical problems. From this point of view, in this study, we derive the fundamental equations for the general three-dimensional sand layer under the oscil lating water pressure. The validity of this theoreti cal method is verified by experiments for the two dimensional problems.
