The purpose of this paper is sixfold: 1. Consideration of the mechanisms and series of events by which these cases de velop this form of unremitting glaucoma. 2. Discussion of the problem of the flat chamber. Types will be classified and the mechanics described. 3. Clinical findings in those cases of narrow-angle glaucoma which may de velop malignant glaucoma following an anterior decompressive or fistulizing opera tion.
