从青海青兰全株中分离得到2个新的单萜苷(9，10)，7个已知的萜类化合物和1个植物甾醇(1-8)。其结构分别为柠檬烯-10-醛(1)，香叶醛(2)，橙花醛(3)，β-谷甾醇(4)，齐墩果酸(5)，熊果酸(6)，对薄荷-8-烯-1，2-二醇(7)，熊果酸(8)，柠檬烯-10-醇10-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)，柠檬烯-10-醇10-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->；2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside(10)。化合物I(3.1um)、2(3.1um)、3(3.1um)、5(6.2um)、6(6.2um)和8(6.2um)对克氏锥虫上鞭毛体有抑制作用。
From the whole plant of Dracocephalum kotschyi Boiss., two new monoterpene glycosides (9, 10), together with seven known terpenoids and a phytosterol (1-8), were isolated. Their structures were determined to be limonen-10-al (1), geranial (2), neral (3), beta-sitosterol (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), p-mentha-8-en-1,2-diol (7), colosolic acid (8), limonen-10-ol 10-O-beta-D-glueopyranoside (9), and limonen-10-ol 10-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10). Compounds I (3.1 mum), 2 (3.1 mum), 3 (3.1 mum), 5 (6.2 mum), 6 (6.2 mum), and 8 (6.2 mum) were effective against epimastigotes of Trypanosoma cruzi.
