In existing convention management research and its business research, the results of analyses of surveys using answer of questionnaire clarify the motivation of participation, satisfactions and expectation to attend conference for convention attendees. These contributions help event planners and several other stakeholders to design and prepare the conference. Convention is one of good functions to provide networking opportunity for attendees. In this paper, we clarify the characteristics of attendees whose motivation to attend conventions are networking. We show attendees' expectations to the conference for attendees, who think that the networking is important purpose to attend the conference. The number of attendee and rate of highly show-up people are important to enhance their satisfaction. Thus, we implemented a conference attendee management system and introduce it.
