目的：比较长效抗菌材料JUC与传统敷料在包皮环切术切口隔离、长效抗菌、预防切口感染等方面的效果（治疗组）用JUC和53观察两组患者手术切口外观、感染率及细菌检出率。在分泌、反应、结论：与传统敷料相比，JUC敷料在隔离手术切口、长效抗菌、预防切口感染等方面具有相似的效果。
Objective:To compare the effects of long-acting antibacterial material JUC on operative incisions of circumcision with traditional dressing in isolating operative incisions,long-acting antisepsis,and preventing infection of incisional wounds.Methods:108 cases of circumcision were done,55 of which(treated group)were spraied with JUC and 53(control group)were bandaged with traditional dressing.The appearance,infection rate,and detection rate of bacterium in operative incisions were observed in two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in secretion,reaction,infection rate and detection rate of bacterium in incisional wound between control and treated group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional dressing,JUC has similar effects on circumcisions in the aspects of isolating operative incisions,long-acting antisepsis and preventing infection of incisional wound.
