首次从地钱中分离并鉴定了具有抗肿瘤活性的化合物：芹菜素7-O-（6″-（E）-p-香豆酰基）-β-D-半乳糖苷（ACGR）。采用MTT法评价了其抗肿瘤活性，并采用高效液相色谱法测定了其含量。初步测定结果表明，地钱中黄酮类化合物具有抗肿瘤潜力。为地蚕在肿瘤治疗中的临床应用提供了一条途径。
The compound with anti-tumor activity was isolated and identified as apigenin 7-O-(6″-(E)-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside(ACGR) from Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu for the first time.Its antitumor activity was evaluated by MTT method,and its content was determined by HPLC.The preliminary assay result illustrates the anti-tumor potential of flavonoids in Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu,and provides an approach to clinical application of Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu in cancer therapy.
