In the EURICA campaign aimed at exploration of theregion, an isomeric state ofhas been observed via-ray spectroscopy. The nuclei were produced by in-flight fission of abeam at the Radioactive Isotope-Beam Factory. Two coincidentrays ofandkeV from the decay of aisomeric state ofhave been observed. The decay of the isomer was assigned to antransition with a reduced transition probability ofW.u. A-decaying state with spin-parityand a half-life ofms was also observed in the data, and the known state with a half-life ofms was assigned to have a spin-parity of. Furthermore, the isomer ofhas been remeasured tons giving avalue ofW.u. A new excited state atkeV, decaying via aray of 2004.5(4) keV, has also been observed. This is in agreement with either of the predictedorstates. These results are discussed in terms of the shell model and the interaction of theandorbitals.
