What we mean by malignant neurinoma is a sarcoma which originates from a peripheral nerve or occurs within neurofibromatosis. These clinical and anatomo-surgical criteria are essential, as there are no constant and undebatable histological elements which distinguish this sarcoma from a fibrosarcoma.
