从红花野牡丹种仁的乙醇提取物中分离得到10个结晶化合物。其中8个被鉴定为二苯并环辛木脂素类化合物：五味子素C（1）、（-）-五味子醇甲（2）、五味子醇甲（3）、脱氧五味子醇甲（4）、五味子酚乙酸酯（5）、五味子酚B（6）、五味子酚（7）和戈米辛O（8），而其中2个被鉴定为1，4-双-苯基，2，3-二甲基丁烷木脂素类化合物：pregomisin（9）和meso-二氢愈创木酸（10）。化合物（2）、（3）、（5）、（6）未见文献报道，其结构已根据光谱和化学分析确定。
Ten crystalline compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the kernels of Schisandra rubriflora Rhed et Wils. Eight of them were identified as dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans: wuweizisu C(1), (-)-rubschisandrin (2), rubschisantherin (3), deoxyschisandrin (4), schisanhenol acetate (5), schisanhenol B (6), schisanhenol (7) and gomisin O (8), while two of them were verified as 1,4-bis-phenyl, 2,3-dimethylbutane lignans: pregomisin (9) and meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (10). Compounds (2), (3), (5), (6) have not been reported in the literature and their structures have been elucidated based on spectral and chemical analyses.
