自然灾害越来越多地出现在城市的日常生活中，造成经济、社会和公共卫生损害，困扰着有复原力的人们制定战略，以抵御不断增长和反复发生的事件并从中恢复。在世界人口增长、土地无序侵占、自然开发和气候变化影响日益显现的同时，我们必须讨论“自然灾害的社会建构”过程中诸多风险因素的组合方式，重点是自然背景下的社会风险因素和风险管理。本文旨在对文献进行系统回顾，从符合主题的关键词组合进行概述入手，力求了解世界各地正在科学讨论的自然灾害社会建构的内容。结果显示了主题一致的主要背景以及所选文章中发展的主要主题，考虑到不同类型的自然灾害和不同的地理位置。
Natural disasters are increasingly present in the daily lives of cities causing economic, social and public health damages, plaguing the resilient population to create strategies in order to resist and recover from the ever-growing and recurring events. While the world’s population increases, lands are disorderly occupied and the effects caused by natural exploitation and climate changes are seen, we must discuss the way many risk factors combine during the process we may call “the social construction of natural disasters”, where the focus is in social risk factors within a natural context and risk management. This article aims to conduct a systematic review of the literature, starting with the overview from the combination of keywords consistent with the theme, seeking to understand what is being scientifically discussed about the social construction of natural disasters around the world. The results show the main contexts where the theme is aligned and the main topics developed in the selected articles, considering different types of natural disasters and different geographical locations.
