Objective: The objective was to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PKs) of levonorgestrel (LNG)-containing combined oral contraceptives (COCs) in obese women.Study design: We pooled and reanalyzed data from 89 women with different body mass index (BMI) categories from four clinical studies.
