Magnetohydrodynamics (or MHD in short) is the study of the fluid dynamics of conducting fluids. The name originates from the fact that conducting fluids may carry currents that generate magnetic fields. We know that in presence of a magnetic fielda chargeqmoving at velocityis subject to a force. This relation is equivalent to the force acting on a currentthat isand the interesting thing is that, because of this interaction, the magnetic field will change the current that will be fed back into.
