METHODLabel the tubes and plates for each sample you wish to electroporate ahead of time. Work quickly; the goal is to have each sample electroporated before 30 min post-fertilization. This is roughly 30 min before the time of the first cleavage, which bisects the egg into left and right blastomeres.
