Magnesium is grand element in human body.Ion is existent form of m agnesium in cells and body fluid.Magnesium ions are assistant factor of three hu ndred enzymes.Therefore,Mg + + is an important factor for keeping normal funct ion of human body.The article introduces and comments on physiological and bioch emical functions of five aspects of magnesium ion on energy metabolism,participa ting in great molecule synthesizing and metabolism,participating in the transfer ring and expressing of genetic information to human body.
