In this paper, we discuss normality criteria concerning shared values and obtain, among others, the following result: Let Τ be a family of holomorphic functions in the unit disc. If for every / e Τ, E ¡(tí) C Ey(a), (a / 0), and there exists a positive number ft (independent of / ) , such that | / " (z) | < ft, whenever ζ € E ¡¡(a), then Τ is a normal family in the unit disc. 1991 Mathematics Subject Classification. 30D45, 30D35
