建筑能耗统计是建筑节能的基础，但目前在统计对象、能源来源、建筑分类等方面存在许多不同的结论，不能准确地反映中国的建筑能耗统计数据。根据已有的资料和中国的情况，提出了建筑分类的方法和建筑终端能耗的统计方法，提出了较为准确的中国建筑能耗数据。
Building energy consumption statistics is the foundation of building energy efficieny.However,the present fact is that there are many different conclusions about statistical objects,energy resources and building classifications,so that it is not recognized for exact statistical data of China's building energy consumption.Based on published materials and China's situation,the method of building classification and a statistical method of building terminal energy consumption are presented,and accurate comparatively data of China's building energy consumption is raised.
