In this article, we give a new construction forLKTS(6v+ 3) viaOLKTS(2v+ 1) with a special property and obtain new results forLKTS, that is there exists anLKTS(3v) for, wherep,q≥ 0,ri,sj≥ 1,qiis a prime power andmod 12.
