孔雀草和仙人掌是日本的可食用野生植物。我们发现这些植物在B16F10小鼠黑色素瘤细胞中具有抗黑素生成活性。三种呋喃并二氧杂蒽烷、cacalol(来自C. delphiniifolia)、脱氢cacalohastin和cacalohastin(来自C. hastata)被鉴定为主要活性成分。Cacaliam属可能是具有抗黑素生成作用的有益物质的良好来源。
Cacalia delphiniifoliaandCacalia hastataare edible wild plants in Japan. We found that these plants have anti-melanogenic activity in B16F10 mouse melanoma cells. Three furanoeremophilanes, cacalol (fromC. delphiniifolia), dehydrocacalohastin, and cacalohastin (fromC. hastata), were identified as the main active components. The genusCacaliamay be a good source of beneficial materials with anti-melanogenic effects.
