Four new quinofuracins F – I were isolated from the culture broth ofStaphylotrichum boninensePF1444. The structures of quinofuracins F – I were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. These quinofuracins induced tumor suppressor protein p53-dependent cell death in human glioblastoma LNZTA3 cells.
