In previous study, we have proposed “cellular neural networks with effect from friend of a friend” (FF-CNN). The FFCNN is the method of constituting a new connection of among cells in CNN. Then, we confirmed that the FF-CNN could perform image denoising, edge-preserving smoothing and divide domains. In this study, we investigate about image denoising by using the FF-CNN.
