1 METHODSThe patient was a 44-year-old woman with an intractable prepyloric ulcer that was malignancy negative and Helicobacter pylori negative. The patient was also recalcitrant to prolonged H 2 and proton pump inhibition. Her past medical history included a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
