Anomalous metal-insulator transition observed in CeOs4Sb12is investigated. By constructing the low-energy effective model and employing the random phase approximation (RPA), the magnetic susceptibilities are calculated and the phase diagram is determined. When the band structure is close to perfect nesting and the drastic change of the density of states with respect to the external field occurs at the low energy regime, transverse susceptibility with ordering vector Q=2π(1,0,0) is enhanced. Thus the magnetic field stabilizes the spin density wave (SDW) phase, which is consistent with the experimental results.
