Solutions are presented for the flow along a rectangular streamwise corner when suction is applied at the corner surface. The suction is uniform everywhere except in the vicinity of the apex of the corner, where the noslip condition requires that the velocity vector vanish. Exact solutions are given respectively for small and large values of a suction parameter <r, as well as an approximate solution for arbitrary a. For large a the approximate and exact solutions are in excellent agreement and evidence is presented to support the hypothesis that the approximate solution is practically useful everywhere beyond the range of the exact solution for small a.
