摘要2015年，金砖国家和新兴经济体的发展方向出现分化：金砖国家所有成员的经济增长都出现了放缓或停滞，导致对未来的预测更加黯淡。但与此同时，新开发银行也成立了。金砖国家初步机制化的进展主要是由中国和俄罗斯推动的，这反映了他们推进多边世界秩序、形成非西方国家新的权力基础的强烈愿望。金砖国家的进一步实质性发展有赖于其克服五国之间结构性障碍的能力，其中最突出的是经济之间的巨大差异和成员的异质性。
ABSTRACT The year 2015 witnessed a bifurcated direction for BRICS and emerging economies: all BRICS members' economic growth slowed or stagnated, resulting in more gloomy forecasts for the future. But at the same time, the New Development Bank was set up. The progress of the preliminary institutionalization of the BRICS was mainly driven by China and Russia, which reflected their strong desire to advance a multilateral world order, and to form a new power base for the non-Western countries. The further substantial development of the BRICS depends upon its capability to overcome the structural obstacles among the five countries, amongst which the huge discrepancy between the economies and the heterogeneous nature of the membership are the most prominent ones.
