The famous Iterative Proportional Fitting Procedure is known to be computationally extremely complex from both space and time point of view. Its implementation introduced in [6] was proposed to decrease space requirements. This paper presents the implementation in a more procedural way and shows, both analyzing the process and by examples, the fact that the implementation decreases the time complexity as well.
