背景:氟砜是一种新型杀线虫剂,对植物寄生线虫具有良好的选择性毒力。在这里,它对马铃薯胞囊线虫Globodera苍白的生理和生物化学的影响进行了研究和比较,其对自由生活的线虫秀丽隐杆线虫的寿命的影响,以提供深入了解其作用模式和选择toxicity.Results:Fluensulfone产生急性效应(= 100 μ M)对口针的推力和运动孵化的第二阶段G。pallida juvenile(J2s)。长期接触较低浓度的氟砜(>= 3天;
Background: Fluensulfone is a new nematicide with an excellent profile of selective toxicity against plant parasitic nematodes. Here, its effects on the physiology and biochemistry of the potato cyst nematode Globodera pallida have been investigated and comparisons made with its effect on the life-span of the free-living nematode Caenorhabditis elegans to provide insight into its mode of action and its selective toxicity.Results: Fluensulfone exerts acute effects (= 100 mu M) on stylet thrusting and motility of hatched second stage G. pallida juveniles (J2s). Chronic exposure to lower concentrations of fluensulfone (>= 3 days;
