轻度认知障碍（Mild cognitive impairment， MCI）是近年来提出的一个新概念。它是介于正常衰老和痴呆之间的过渡状态。前瞻性研究表明，MCI患者转化为痴呆的概率明显高于正常老年人群，正确诊断MCI有助于筛查痴呆高危人群。这将为预防痴呆症和降低痴呆症的发病率提供可能性。关键词：轻度认知障碍；痴呆
Mild cognitive impairment （MCI） is a new concept put forward in recent years. It is a transitional state between normal aging and dementia. Prospective studies have shown that the probability of the patients with MCI converted to dementia is significantly higher than the normal aged population, The correct diagnosis of MCI contributes to screen the high-risk population of dementia. It will provide the possibility for preventing dementia and decreasing the morbidity of dementia. Key words: mild cognitive impairment; dementia
