Source/Description: A dinucleotide repeat (AC) i9 is located in intron 5 (HSIL1AG. EMPRI; position 7695 to 7742) of the published genomic sequence of the ILIA gene (1). PCR primers flanking the repeat were designed to amplify fragments of 161-173 bp. The exact length of the alleles was determined by sequence analysis.
