This paper analyzes the effects of employment adjustment,structural promotion effects of services development,technology progress effects and resources distribution effects during China's industry structural adjustment in order to study the inherent elements and intrinsic system of China's industry structural changes.Based on China's actual development phrase,resources and environment restricts and social development,this paper puts forward the trends and goals of China's industry structural optimization.The goals of China's industry structural optimization is that high technology industries is treated as a engine,advanced services industries and advanced manufacture industry being treated as the most important main wheel.
