This paper introduces the base process method of sintering infiltrating copper technology to produce high density and high performance iron-based powder metallurgy thrust plate.It analyzes emphatically the main factors of influencing iron-based powder metallurgy thrust plate infiltrating copper quality,such as the body,infiltration agent and the time of sintering and infiltration.It has important significance to improve the infiltrating copper quality of the same kind iron-based powder metallurgy machine parts.
