单核苷酸多态是人类基因组中最丰富的遗传变异。Haplytype是一组相互关联的SNP等位基因座，它们位于一条染色体或某些区域。近年来，它已成为人类遗传学研究的重要组成部分。在复杂疾病的研究中，由多个SNP座位组成的单倍型分析优于单个SNP座位的分析。本文通过对HapMap项目提供的基因数据进行处理，获得了四个群体21号染色体的单倍型数据。通过合理的比较算法，得到了四个群体的单倍型差异。
Single nucleotide polymorphisms are the most plentiful genetic variations of human genome. Haplytype is a group of interrelated SNP allele loci, which are located at one chromosome or certain regions. It has been the important composition of human genetic research in recent years. In the research on complex disease, the analysis of haplotype composed by many SNP loci is superior to the analysis of one SNP locus. In this paper, through the processing of genotype data provided by Hapmap project, the haplotype data of 21st chromosome of four populations are obtained. The haplotype difference of four populations is also obtained by the reasonable comparing algorithms.
