The study specifies the major components of the economic security management system of an enterprise under the conditions of economic stagnation. The paper provides a list of key production indicators for operational diagnostics of the economic security at an enterprise. The authors substantiate that in an economic downturn, the development and everyday use of economic security policy is a crucial challenge in ensuring the economic security of an enterprise. Such a policy should be based on the continuity of operations for all subsystems of the company's economic security management system. Furthermore, the paper examines the security issues of the information circulating in economic information systems. System analysis of the existing technical channels of information leakage and methods of unauthorized access resulted in a list of typical unauthorized malicious actions against economic information systems along with technical channels of information leakage when intercepting confidential information contained in economic information systems. The analysis results made it possible to clarify measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information circulating in economic information systems based on modern information technologies.
