In this study we construct the minimal locally semiuniversal deformation of a normal isolated singularity x0 X0 for which Ext²O(X0)(Ω(X0), O(X0))x0 = 0, where Ω(X0) is the sheaf of germs of one-dimensional holomorphic forms in the complex space (X0, O(X0)).
