An enantioselective chloro‐O‐cyclization of unsaturatedN‐tosylcarbamates has been developed for the first time using aCinchona‐derived quaternary ammonium salt as the catalyst, the desired enantioenriched chloromethyldioxolanimines were prepared with excellent regioselectivities and high enantioselectivities.
