目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定石竹的指纹图谱。方法在Lichrospher C18色谱柱上，用CH3CN-0.025% H3PO4溶液梯度洗脱。流速1.0ml/min。紫外检测波长为350 nm。柱温为35℃。结果不同产地的石菖蒲药材HPLC图谱中存在25个共同峰。结论建立的反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱可用于控制石竹药材的质量。
Objective To determine the fingerprint of Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu by RP-HPLC.Methods The sample was separated on a Lichrospher C18 column with CH3CN-0.025% H3PO4 solution by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.UV detection wavelength was at 350 nm.Column temperature was at 35℃.Results 25 common peaks in the HPLC profile were found in Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu in different growing areas.Conclusion The RP-HPLC fingerprint can be used to control the quality of Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu.
