3 A uterine artery pseudoaneurysm (UAP) is a very rare condition during pregnancy [1]. HDliveFlow with the HDlive silhouette mode facilitates the spatial visualization of blood vessels of a malignant ovarian tumor, and combines the advantages of a spatial view of these vessels in addition to visualization of landmarks of the surrounding organs [2]. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the diagnosis of UAP during pregnancy using this technique.A 35-year-old primigravida Japanese woman was referred to our clinic because of cervical echo-free spaces at 34 weeks of gestation. Twodimensional (2D) sonography showed a living singleton fetus with biometry consistent with the gestational age. 2D sonography revealed three hypoechogenic cervical masses with swirling blood flow and a peripheral crescent echo-free-space lesion in one (36 x 33 mm) of them (Fig. 1a).
