A variety of oxide nanohole sheets has been prepared by a liquid phase deposition method. Anodic alumina as starting material was immersed in fluoro complex solutions of other metals at room temperature and after a few hours immersion the oxide nanohole array was obtained. The oxide nanohole array fabricated through two equilibrium reactions occurred at the same time. The crystal structure of the titanium oxide nanohole array thus obtained was amorphous without heat-treating and after heat-treating it became anatase.
