Three new cadinane-type sesquiterpenoids, (+)-4-muurolen-6 alpha-ol, scapanol and ent-T-muurolol, were isolated from the liverwort Scapania undulata together with the previously known (+)-ent-epicubenol and phytol, and their structures determined by extensive NMR techniques.
