The superplastic behavior of SiCp/1100 and SiCp/1N90 powder metallurgy (PM) pure aluminum composites hot-rolled after extrusion were investigated. The SiCp/1100 exhibits an m-value of 0.4 and a total elongation of 100–200% in the strain rate range 0.02–1.0 s−1and at 913 K.
