Opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome is a rare neurologic disorder characterized by multidirectional chaotic eye movements, myoclonus in the limbs, and ataxia. We present a 9-year-old boy with opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome associated with hepatitis C infection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome associated with hepatitis C infection. (C) 2010 by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
